Peaceful Potato – Participant Consent & Liability Waiver

 

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in all Peaceful Potato activities—including but not limited to yoga, Pilates, art,

cooking, meditation, or holistic wellness sessions—is entirely voluntary. You understand that

you are responsible for your own participation and may choose to withdraw at any time.

2. Assumption of Risk

You understand that any physical, creative, or movement-based activity may carry risks of

injury, accident, allergic reaction, or other health complications. By choosing to participate,

you assume all risks associated with these activities, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

3. Health and Medical Considerations

You affirm that you are in suitable physical, mental, and emotional condition to participate in

Peaceful Potato activities. You agree to consult with a qualified healthcare provider if you

have any concerns about your health, medical conditions, or ability to safely participate. You

understand that Peaceful Potato instructors are not medical professionals and do not

diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

4. Release of Liability

By participating in any Peaceful Potato activity, you hereby release, waive, and discharge

Peaceful Potato Yoga, LLC, Peaceful Potato, LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, agents, and

representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability of any

kind—whether known or unknown—arising out of or related to participation in Peaceful Potato

programs. This includes, without limitation, any claims related to personal injury, illness,

property damage, or loss.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peaceful Potato Yoga, LLC and its representatives

from any costs, expenses, or damages (including attorney’s fees) that may result from claims

brought by third parties arising from your actions or participation.

6. Photography & Media Release

You understand that photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during classes or

events for marketing, social media, or educational purposes. By participating, you grant

Peaceful Potato permission to use such images unless you provide written notice opting out.

7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By registering for, attending, or participating in any class, program, or event hosted by

Peaceful Potato, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the

terms of this Consent & Liability Waiver. This release applies to you, your heirs, executors,

administrators, and assigns, and remains in effect for all future participation unless revoked in

writing.
